We hereby inform you in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DS-GVO) which data we have stored for you for what purpose.

Responsible for the storage and processing is Pablo Designs BV.

We store and process your company data to establish, conduct and maintain a contractual relationship to provide you with marketing and sales services.

For this purpose, we need the following data from you: Company Name, Chamber of Commerce registration, VAT number, address details, contact details as salutation, first and last name and communication data (Tel./Fax, e-mail address).

We only save and process your data with your consent.

If you do not agree with the storage and processing, a contractual cooperation is not possible.

We will only provide your company data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

We take the protection of your data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.

There is no other transfer of data.

We do not store or share any personal data.

We store your company data for the duration of the business relationship and beyond for a further 4 years.  This storage time begins again with each new contractual relationship.

Individual data may be subject to longer storage obligations for tax and commercial reasons and will only be deleted after expiry of these statutory periods.

However, your company data will be protected (blocked) from further access until then.

You have the right to information, correction, blocking, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data at any time.

You can revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
